We recognise that recruitment can be very time consuming and requires considerable expertise to ensure you are recruiting the right people.  We all know that many costly mistakes are made by recruiting inappropriate people, both in terms of actual costs but also in terms of staff morale.

Thomas International – what this offers

We have been trained and are licenced to use the Thomas International Personal Profiling Analysis (PPA) and Human Job Analysis (HJA) system to help in the recruitment process.  The essential purpose of the PPA/HJA system is to be a structured guide to the interview and brings to mind relevant and incisive questions that focus on the demands of the job role.

This Psychometric profiling system has been in operation since 1981 in the UK and has been validated using standard measures.
